From watching this video I compiled some notes:
Fallout 4 is a survival based post apocalyptic game that is to be released at the end of this year. This trailer has been released in order to advertise the latest addition to the popular franchise and persuade people to pre-order and purchase it by giving them an insight into the content. By watching the trailer, we can infer that the games content revolves around the after math of a nuclear war and the mutants and robots that have been created as a result of it.
The duration of the trailer is three minutes and four seconds and therefore is not suitable to be a television advert, instead it would most probably be advertised in cinemas or on internet broadcasting sites such as YouTube. The trailer is able to be so long and detailed as it is an established franchise and is the sequel of the three other games and therefore it already has a target audience to support it.
